The Story Behind HAMIRA

Hey, I'm Hamna.

I've always loved beautiful details, thoughtful design, and things made to last. As a fashion designer, I knew I wanted to create something of my own but not another fast fashion brand. I wanted to create something slower, more meaningful, and made with genuine care.

During my first trip to Japan, I found inspiration everywhere. In the peaceful streets, the quiet moments, the craftsmanship, and the way beauty could be found in the smallest details.

One afternoon, while wandering through Kyoto, I stumbled upon a small fabric shop. Inside, I discovered traditional Japanese brocade fabrics unlike anything I had ever seen. I remember standing there, knowing I wanted to create something with them, something that people could carry with them every day.

That moment became the beginning of HAMIRA.

Today, every pouch is thoughtfully handmade in small batches, with the hope of bringing a little beauty, calm, and intention into everyday life.
